  • If you were on the death row, what would be your last meal?

I just answered this Featured Question, you can answer it too!

Since I was on Death Row, I assume I would have to be some kind of sicko or crazy. If I am Correct they will give you anything you want for a last meal. So I would request something that fit my sick twisted mind.

How about some Grilled Teriyaki Human Meat?

Might as well try cannibalism right?

  • Strength by Revealing Your Personal Weakness

A common quest that we encounter
during an initial job interview this day and age is; “What are your strengths
and weaknesses?” We know what we are good at doing and bad at doing, we may
understand what areas we are good in or bad in, but what about our true
strengths and weaknesses? Being able to acknowledge our weaknesses for each one
strengths we have will not only make us strong mentally, but also make us
realized where we can improve and become something even better. Let’s face it,
we will never be completely satisfied with everything we do or have or own, but
we can be at tranquility with ourselves by knowing who we really are.

                Job
interview or not, if you think this doesn’t apply to you, learning about ourselves
is something just as fascinating as learning about something new. This is
because as we grow in age, so does our wisdom and intelligence; for the most
part, and then we become senile. We learn about people, places, food, and all
things that interest us, but as we acquire more knowledge about other things in
life, we also reveal more of our true personality that makes us the unique
individuals that we are. The more events that take place in our lives the more
we will develop aspects of our lives accordingly. By this I mean to say that
the more we experience the more we will learn and adapt that knowledge to our
    walk of life.

                Each good
and each bad time we have in life one of two things will happen. We can either
celebrate or be bitter for one option; celebrate for good times or become
bitter during the bad times. The second option is to stay emotional or learn
for what we did whether it is a good or bad idea. To only express emotion
whether good or bad would be to completely miss the point of an event. But to
think about what happened and why an event occurred is to grow and gain
something even more valuable than just a memory. Taking a bad situation and
turning it into something positive is neither an easy feat nor will we want to
as a natural reaction upon first experience, which is normal. Be emotional and
attached in the moment as things unfold, but take hold of a situation and
control the outcome; do not let the outcome take control.

                We will
learn many things in life with a level head and taking time to stop and think
about our decisions before we make them or after things we experience them. It
is to our advantage to see that despite a situation is “fair” or not, we still
have the choice to let it take control of us or step up and acknowledge what is
in front of us with true character and embrace it fully. But letting go of
something is even more important, regardless of the emotional attachment that
is involved. To be attached so strongly is to be imprisoned to the item that it
holds us down. To be able to move on and not give up on life itself even during
the hardest times is a strength that can only be drawn out if we know were we
    are weak.

                By acknowledging
our weaknesses the next step is to embrace it and accept that we may or may not
be able to change it. To understand that a weakness is present and not to hide
it is a sign of acceptance. If we cannot accept every aspect of ourselves we
cannot ultimately accept ourselves. Not accepting who we are makes it
impossible to love ourselves. We maybe able to love what we do or what we have,
but if that is taken away we lack love of any kind. If we at least love
ourselves we can always have love in our hearts. This love is something that is
precious and cannot be taken away, but it can be given away to be shared with
others. This love is the acceptance of all things that are present in our own
lives and others lives, as we are not perfect people, nor can we be perfect.

                Perfection
is something that we may survive for, but will never achieve. We may be the
best at a particular skill, trade, and ability, but it is not perfect. To
understand that we can always improve is important, but to think that we are
perfect would be the greatest weakness as we see nothing wrong with any aspect
of our lives. To admit we can always improve is a strength.

I often sit and wonder sometimes, “What
is the point of trying over and over again, if I’m eventually going to mess up
or fail.” The answer here is quite simple. I am still weak and I need to
improve. The more I improve the less I will fail. Failure will not stop altogether,
but there will be more learning and less attachment to the failure, making us
strong and more whole as a person.

Treasure failure, it is a time where you can learn the most
about yourself and discover strengths through your personal weaknesses.

  • 2 Days of Drving, 2 Shows, 2 Awards... So Cal Trip

So I went down to So Cal this weekend and besides getting sunburned and standing around for hours I drove about 12 hours too. 6 hours of drive about each day; down on Saturday morning and up on Sunday night. It was eventful too, besides the show there was a fight and during Sundays breakfast... well I'll get to that later... its the kicker of the trip!

During my driving down I was with a pack and on the way back I was by myself. Please fix I-5 Northbound... so many rough bumps and ditches are not nice to cars so I took the 101 home. It was uneventful despite the last trip and having been pulled up and asked to pop the hood. But nothing too exciting.

Saturday's show was presented by Alpha Squad and Toyota of Pasadena. I was a great turn out and I had a good time. Free food too. They had 2 of those hot dog carts and they were hella good, at least I think they were. I could have been hella hungry though. I came out with 2nd in the xA catagory which was awesome!

Sunday's show was a audio showoff/dB Drag Event in Anaheim. We got good food once again at the taco shop around the corner, and it was free! So that was awesome, but I was disappointed that there wasnt any more carnitas, o well. I cant complain about free food. I didnt complete in the dB drag as I was I am a SQ setup not SPL. For normal people talk that is Sound Quality vs. Sound Pressure Level. I am very loud, but I dont want to enter my car into a comp that it isnt intended for. It turned out I took "Best Interior" for this show.

But the highlight of the trip was during breakfast at Jack in a Box. I was there with three other when all of a sudden, while enjoying my tasty beverage, *BOOM* damn what the hell I thought. I take a sip again and turn my head. A FUCKING BUS CAME CRASHING THROUGH THE WALL. WTF!@?! SERIOIUSLY... it was a shocker, and they had us evacuate. I didnt get my refill... DAMNIT! Luckily no one in the building was near the wall that the bus came through, but the driver of the bus hurt, but nothing life threating it appeared.

    Pictures to come later!

  • Johnny Depp is to Jack Sparrow as Heath Ledger is to Joker

Great actors produce great roles and for that reason, Captain Jack Sparrow and Joker are both characters we know, if you have seen the movies that portrait them. Movies have been dry with good characters for a while and having a character come to life in the way that we'd expect to see them is usually not found, but I think Johnny Depp and Heath Ledger have shown some real talent and ability to bring characters from imagination to actually.

Despite how old Pirates of the Caribbean may be, or how new The Dark Knight is, I am happy to saw that both have characters that remain at the top of my list as best actors. Its hard to bring the roles both Depp and Ledger had to the big screen that really stick out and catch your attention. We can see how real and intelligent each character is as well as their mindset and personality throughout the films. Incredible acting that deserves a more than just a standing ovation or a pat onthe back. I think both roles deserve an academy award.

We see that Jack Sparrow is consistant in his wits and ways to get what he wants. He's crafty and clever as a priate would be, but most importantly intelligent and has ways with his words. He seeks to get what is his and does whatever it takes to acheive victory or reach his goals.

Joker is comes off as crazy and psycho, which he is, but is also extremely smart. Smart, why? Because think about how well he can corrupt and manipulate a situation to his favor. He can take a situation and control it to unravel not liek a plan, but as something he wants to happen. He fears nothing, and is a menace that cannot be punished.

I think that both performances have been the best in the past years of movies in my views. I Hope for the best come Academy Awards. Too bad the Joker is dead, Heath that is. I highly doubt anyone will be able to fill those shoes and I hope no one tries to.
